Corporate Social Responsibility

Tetrasoft® seeks to improve conditions around the world through our social contribution programs. Tetrasoft-wide, we utilize our strengths and resources to benefit local communities and help children, families and orphanages in need. Individually, our employees are encouraged to take part in the many volunteer programs offered by the company.

Actively contribute to the social and economic development of the communities in which we operate. In so doing build a better, sustainable way of life for the weaker sections of society and raise the country's human development index.

Tetrasoft has chosen the following channels to drive its CSR initiatives:

  • Developing innovative solutions to address large-scale societal problems by utilizing our IT core competence.
  • Volunteering for projects that address the felt need of communities in which Tetrasoft operates, while aligning with the core themes of Tetrasoft’ CSR.
  • Participating in community development program championed by our clients.
  • Partnering with select non-government and civil society organizations and other government bodies.
  • Supporting large-scale causes such as disaster relief or any other cause as determined by the Corporate CSR Council.


Implementation Team

Our rural development activities span five key areas and our single-minded goal here is to help build model villages that can stand on their own feet. Our focus areas are healthcare, education, sustainable livelihood, infrastructure and espousing social causes.
