For large projects, Tetrasoft invests in a Project Management Office (PMO). This PMO ensures that such projects always get the right focus and attention.
Tetrasoft’s project management methodology focuses on the following 4 phases :
Initiation – Starting up the project, business case documentation, project feasibility study, team allocation and setting up PMO office.
Planning – Roadmap for the project, project plan, financial plan, resource plan, quality plan, communications plan and acceptance plan.
Execution – Building deliverables, controlling scope, costs, quality, risks and issues.
Closure – Acceptance criteria, lessons learnt and releasing resources.
